How We Work
Hello my name is Mindy Neoloni Slade and I am the founder of A Greater Destiny. I have five children and I’m married to a wonderful and supportive husband. I was born in Akron, Ohio but raised in Sandusky, Ohio. I graduated in 2010 from Sandusky High where I was apart of the ECE program. For three periods of my day we were in the class learning the ends and outs of early childhood education. The last two years of high school is when I fell deeply in love with my purpose in life. See I was the kind of child who always wanted to play school so I could be the teacher. Well I see how funny life can turn a simple game into reality. After graduating from high school; I immediately went to the first childcare center in Columbus, Ohio and began my journey. For the past ten years I’ve worked with four different childcare centers, before I decide to become a business owner.

Mindy is an amazing woman her patience springs enteral, love her commitment to education and laying the foundation. Mindy puts her all in and into her children. Also the children she cares for and techs. Her passion is infectious and makes me want to be a better mother.
I definitely recommend Ms.Mindy if you are looking for someone who loves what they do. I worked with her in a childcare facility as a co-teacher with preschool and prekindergarten students.
Mindy is an awesome teacher she was both my children’s teacher in preschool/prekindergarten. Not only was she able to provide excellent education and activities for a room of over 20 students. She knew gear her lessons towards each child individually. She is big on learning and really takes time to teach and is very nurturing. Mindy also has a great rapport with families and my children still ask about her still till this day. ❤️

Mindy loves working with children and her vision is to gear towards helping children sexy to their highest ability. During the time I have worked with Miss Mindy she proves to be loving, caring, honest and respectful towards coworkers families and most importantly the children.

I thought I would have to introduce it slowly as this new thing we were going to try, take it slow, a page a day, it's okay if he gets stuck... No, he dove /right/ in, couldn't get enough! At the height of the pandemic, my wife and I enlisted help from A Greater Destiny, we were concerned that our child would miss out on his education when we took him out of daycare. At our greatest time of need, Mindy and her curriculum provided a weekly balance to our otherwise hectic schedule. Our son (age 4) is normally easily distracted but was fully engaged during his sessions with Mindy. She went over an expansive set of topics: reading, mathematics, writing, and spelling to name a few. I would highly recommend her services for any parent that would like to either prepare their kid for school or compensate for areas that they are missing. They will enjoy themselves and learn at the same time!
